BCP-mixture 

BCP-mixture is an extension of multivariate Bayesian Change Point model with the introduction of a zero-inflated Gaussian mixture distribution to handle sparse physical constraint on occupancy of histone marks. It can partition the genome into blocks where each block is relatively homogeneous with respect to histone marks.
